The organizational structure of Windtech Vietnam Technology Joint Stock Company is aimed at streamlining and compactness. The company is run by a board of directors. The director is the person who directly manages the production plant and 05 functional departments.
05 departments include: Human Resources Department; Accounting Department; Business Department; Technical Department and Materials Department. These departments perform separate tasks and are responsible for advising the director on specialized fields.
The factory is divided into 06 small departments: QC department; electrical workshop; mechanical workshop; painting workshop; warranty and maintenance department; transportation warehouse.
With a streamlined and simple operating system. Each department will perform its own tasks but all are unified and focused to create results for the goals set by the company. Under the leadership of the company's board of directors, each department and each individual in Windtech Vietnam Company performs their duties and work well.

November 2010: Company name changed to WINDTECH VIET NAM, operating at HAMATA Industrial Park.
October 2012: WINDTECH VIETNAM 1st Factory Establishment at QUANG MINH Industrial Park.
February 2018: WINDTECH VIETNAM 1st Factory Establishment at Viet Tri City - Phu Tho Industrial Park.
January 2021: Production and delivery to ACE ANTENNA.
January 2021: Start trading with Korean companies.
January 2023: Production and delivery to HFS & MTS/Hyundai Aluko for ATM PART/Taiwan Airport Products.
February 2024: Production and delivery to KORTEK for Sheet metal products/LED Display 5M Assy.
November 2024: KORTEK CABINET Development and Mass Production, including CABINET Mass Production/C-SLANT, CABINET Development/Peak Curve 49".
